Facilities and Services at Hotel Mas Pelegri 3*.

Services Included with every stay:

• Onsite is a 3 lap 25 metre pool, small pool, infra-red far-red sauna, gym/yoga studio, WIFI throughout the hotel, free tea and coffee and iced water in the dining room, bike room, free parking, route maps and GPS downloads and emergency back up are included in every stay at Hotel Mas Pelegri.
• In your room you will find blue towels for use in the pool and sauna and these will be changed every 3 or 4 days or if you put them in the bath/shower area we will change them earlier. Please do not take our hotel towels to the lake or beach as they tend to get ruined. If you require beach/lake towels please ask as we have tougher towels that you can borrow for this purpose.
• Soap, shampoo and an eco hairdryer is provided in every room. We also have hair straighteners, and a curling iron should you require them.
• We have laundry bags to wash your sports kit each day. Please leave in the entrance hall and then you will find your clothes drying on the lines outside for you take when you return. Please do not use our hairdryers to dry shoes etc as this will blow up the electric system in the Hotel as they are not meant for this purpose and overheat.

Guiding and Coaching Rates:

• 1 day bike or MTB guide – 250 euros
• 1 day bike, MTB or triathlon coach – 250 euros
• Half day (9am to 1pm) guide or coach – 130 euros
• Bike/running guiding or coaching by the hour – 50 euros
• SAG vehicle – 350 euros per day depending on the length of route.
• Sports massage – 40 euros for 30 minutes, or 80 euros per hour.
• Core strength and conditioning – 50 euros for a 1 hour session, can be split with other hotel guests.
• Swim coaching – 50 euros for a 1 hour session, can be split with other hotel guests.
• Yoga group session before breakfast is free in 2025. Private classes can also be booked in yoga, yoga trapeze, pranayama and meditation – 50 euros for a 1 hour session, can be split with other hotel guests.
• Bike set up:
  Gareth has been bike fitting for over 15 years. When you rent a bike from us we include a simplified bike set up, taking measurements, angles, balance, flexibility etc, to make sure you are comfortable and will have a great ride. We also offer a more complete bike set up for 50 euros. This usually takes up to 1 hour. Gareth is a qualified and fully accredited bike fitter (International Bike Fit Institute).
• Onsite bike mechanic and spares:
  We have an onsite bike mechanic who will help you with building your bike or if you have a problem with your bike, although we will charge by the hour if there is a big fix required. We also have a local bike shop who can help should you need specific parts. Onsite we have spare inner tubes (5 euros per tube). We also have gas canisters (free but please leave them behind if you do not use them), track pumps, bike stand, tools for you to use while you are here. We have isotonic drinks powder, sports bars and snacks, bike clothes onsite for sale. Please order a bike jersey in advance if you would like them ready for your stay.
• Morning yoga:
  Enjoy morning yoga before breakfast in our onsite yoga studio/gym with our own onsite Yoga Alliance 200 hour instructor who trained at a yoga school in Rishikesh, India.
• Freshly cooked evening dinners:
  Three course evening dinners are available every evening except Wednesdays at Hotel Mas Pelegri for 29 euros per person and 16 euros per child 5 to 10 years old and free for under 5’s. We believe in high quality nutrition cooked each day from fresh local in season ingredients. Special diets are no problem but please let us know in advance so we can buy in the correct ingredients. We take food allergies very seriously so please let us know if you have a food allergy (especially a peanut or similar allergy) well before you arrive at the Hotel.

Airport/train station transfers

• Girona airport – 1-5 people is 60 euros per trip, 6-8 people is 100 euros per trip.
• Girona Train/high speed/bus station & Figueres TGV station – 1-5 people is 60 euros per trip, 6-8 people is 100 euros per trip.
• Free pick up from the Serinya bus stop. The Teisa-bus runs direct from the centre of Barcelona 4x a day or Girona & Banyoles hourly on week days and every 2 hours at weekends & festival days.

Rates include transport of bike boxes. For larger groups please contact us for a quote.
Note: Flights are not included in any of our packages. Other pick-up and drop off points can be arranged (for example Perpignan airport) but these may entail a supplemental fee. Rates are for Girona Cycling S.L. bike tours and Girona Cycling S.L. training camps at Hotel Mas Pelegri. Rates do not cover camps run by other companies based at Hotel Mas Pelegri. Please contact the other companies for their own rates and to book those weeks.

Cancellation Policy:

When booking extra services such as coaching, guiding or airport transfers, with Girona Cycling S.L. a non refundable deposit of 25% is required when making a booking. Please take out travel insurance when you make a booking with us to cover the cost of cancellation, to cover your activities and also to cover your whole trip. In Spain you need cycling insurance to bike on the roads.
