A: Our standard check-in time is 4pm (16h), and check-out time is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability.

Q: Do you have an on-site restaurant?
A: Yes, we offer evening dinners at 7.30pm each evening. Except on Wednesdays when we offer a night for those who do not have transport. For whole hotel or large group bookings please contact us for arrangements.
Q: Is breakfast included in the room rate?
A: Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate and is served 8-10am.
Q: Do you offer room service?
A: We can offer breakfast or evening dinners in the garden suites or El Mont suite on special occasions. Also when someone is sick. Please talk to us in advance.
Q: Do you have a gym or fitness centre?
A: Yes, our gym/yoga studio is complimentary for all hotel guests. We also have morning yoga each morning at 8.15am which is also included in your stay.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel on the day of arrival then 100% B&B is required. Please take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancelation and your whole trip.
Q: Can I modify my booking?
A: Yes, it maybe possible to modify your booking by contacting us directly at by phone or email, subject to availability and the terms of your original booking.
Q: Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?
A: We require a 25% non refundable deposit upon booking, depending on the type of reservation.

Q: Do you offer airport shuttle service?
A: Yes, this can be booked as an extra. For 1-4 people the price is 50 euros for pick up at Girona airport or Girona train station and 260 euros for pick up at Barcelona airport.
Q: Can I request a special arrangement for a honeymoon or birthday celebration?
A: Absolutely! Please email us with the date and what you would like.
Q: Do you offer laundry and dry cleaning services?
A: Yes, we offer a sports wash of your clothes. Please put them in a wash bag in the hall and we will wash them and hang them on the line to dry and then you can collect them from the line when you return from your days activities.
Q: Is your business accessible for people with disabilities?
A: Yes, we have accessible rooms and facilities designed for guests with disabilities. Please let us know if you require any specific accommodations. We have the large El Mont suite and Rocacorba which have wet room showers and wheel in rooms/bathrooms.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (3% extra commission charge) and euros cash (but we cannot accept payment over 1000 euros cash). Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

Q: How far is the hotel from the bus stop, airport/train station?
A: The hotel is located approximately 20 mins walk from the Serinya bus stop. We offer free transfers from Serinya bus stop. We are 25 mins drive from Girona airport and 30 mins drive from Girona train station. You can get a Teisa bus from either the city of Girona (50 mins) or the centre of Barcelona (1 hour 45 mins) to Serinya. Barcelona airport is 1 hour 40 mins drive.
