Prices: Below are all of our prices, from self-guided stays, 1 week tours, 1 week training camps, to luxury and custom tours, guiding, coaching, SAG, massages, transfers. We customise everything so please contact us with your requirements.

Self Guided Stays

Self guided trips can be booked directly on our hotel website www.MasPelegri.com. If you have any problems just e-mail a message when making the booking and we will confirm the price before running your card. Self guided stays include breakfast, route maps, GPS downloads, emergency back up and all local taxes. We are continuing to offer free morning yoga before breakfast with every stay.

Low Season Prices (All dates except July and August)

Rate for single occupancy of a double room (queen bed) with private bathroom including large breakfasts.

Rate for 2 people in a double (queen bed) or twin room (2 separate beds) with private bathroom including large breakfasts.

Double occupancy, 200 euros per night or 1333 euros per week. Family of 4, occupancy is 260 euros per night or 1733 euros per week. Family of 5, is 280 euros per night or 1866 euros per week.

High Season Prices

In July and August there is an increase in the B&B room rate per night if you do not book Saturday to Saturday or 10 nights or more. You also do not get the 1 week stay discount unless you stay Saturday to Saturday. To get the Summer Saturday to Saturday or >9 night stay special rates as shown above. For longer stays, group bookings, family 2 room prices please contact us so we can give you the correct prices. We offer an extra 5% discount if you book for 2 weeks or more.

Family Discounts (Children under 5 years old are free when in a room with their family).

Rate for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) in 2 bedrooms, based on double and twin occupancy including large breakfasts. 2030 euros per week

Please take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, cycling and protect your whole trip. A 25% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. Many insurances now cover Covid in their policies, so we recommend including Covid insurance.

Training Camps

Small Group Camps

Small group camps are on specific dates and offer a more reasonably priced option for athletes looking for a coached training camp.

All the small groups camps include quality en-suite accommodation at Hotel Mas Pelegri 3*, based on two people sharing a double or twin room, good breakfasts, light lunches (usually a large sandwich, yoghurt and fruit) and three course dinners, nutrition and hydration products while training, entrance to all the sports facilities, expert coaching, sports nutrition assessment, neurophysiology & muscular balance assessment & strength/stretching sessions, transfers to and from Girona airport or train station and all local taxes.

Bookings will be accepted on a first come first served basis, so please send us an email containing your details, planned dates, fitness levels and a phone number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We will then plan your training camp around what you require. If you would like a general plan we can send one over to you, but in the end the plan for the week is always customised. There will be a maximum of 4 athletes per coach on these small group training camp. Please let us know if you would like us to look for a room mate for you. Partners or other friends or family members who wish to come but not take part in the camp are very welcome and they would only pay for their Hotel stay or any other services they require. If non training partners come we do try and include them where possible for lunches etc.

Price is 1299 euros.
Single supplement is 300 euros.

Luxury Camps

Luxury camps can be booked at any time subject to availability. The price depends on the number of people in your group. We can customise everything to your requirements. We also offer shorter and longer camps from 2 night stays.

Luxury custom camps include 7 nights en-suite accommodation at Hotel Mas Pelegri, large breakfasts, 3 course lunches and dinners with half a bottle of wine per person, hydration and nutrition while training, all training and coaching, and the use of all the facilities while on the camp, sports nutrition assessment, muscular balance assessment & strength/stretching session, 1 massage per week, pick up and drop off at Girona airport (Barcelona airport transfers can be organised for a supplementary fee), Girona train station and all local taxes. Luxury camps are available year round subject to availability. So please contact us with the style of camp and the dates that would work best for you.

Families and children are welcome.

There are many local activities which will keep your family entertained while you train. Children aged under 10 are charged less for meals and under 5’s are free when they share a room with their parents. Please ask for an exact quote.

Guiding and Coaching Rates:

1 day bike or MTB guide – 260 euros
1 day bike, MTB or triathlon coach – 260 euros
Half day (9am to 1pm) guide or coach – 150 euros
Bike/running guiding or coaching by the hour – 50 euros
SAG vehicle – 300-350 euros per day depending on the length of route.
Sports massage – 40 euros for 35 minutes, or 80 euros per hour.
Core strength and conditioning – 50 euros for a 1 hour session, can be split with other hotel guests.
Swim coaching – 50 euros for a 1 hour session, can be split with other hotel guests.
Yoga group session before breakfast is free in 2026. Private classes can also be booked in yoga, yoga trapeze, pranayama and meditation – 50 euros for a 1 hour session, can be split with other hotel guests.

Bike set up:

Gareth has been bike fitting for over 15 years. When you rent a bike from us we include a simplified bike set up, taking measurements, angles, balance, flexibility etc, to make sure you are comfortable and will have a great ride. We also offer a more complete bike set up for 50 euros. This usually takes up to 1 hour. Gareth is a qualified and fully accredited bike fitter (International Bike Fit Institute).

Onsite bike mechanic and spares:

We have an onsite bike mechanic who will help you with building your bike or if you have a problem with your bike, although we will charge by the hour if there is a big fix required. We also have a local bike shop who can help should you need specific parts. Onsite we have spare inner tubes (5 euros per tube). We also have gas canisters (free but please leave them behind if you do not use them), track pumps, bike stand, tools for you to use while you are here. We have isotonic drinks powder, sports bars and snacks, bike shoes, bike clothes onsite for sale.

Morning yoga:

Enjoy morning yoga before breakfast in our onsite yoga studio/gym with our own onsite Yoga Alliance 200 hour instructor who trained at a yoga school in Rishikesh, India.

Freshly cooked evening dinners:

Three course evening dinners are available every evening except Wednesdays at Hotel Mas Pelegri for 29 euros per person and 16 euros per child 5 to 10 years old and free for under 5’s. We believe in high quality nutrition cooked each day from fresh local in season ingredients. Special diets are no problem but please let us know in advance so we can buy in the correct ingredients. We take food allergies very seriously so please let us know if you have a food allergy (especially a peanut or similar allergy) well before you arrive at the Hotel.

Airport/train station transfers:

Girona airport – 1-5 people is 60 euros per trip, 6-8 people is 100 euros per trip.
Barcelona airport – 1-5 people is 270 euros per trip, 6-8 people is 300 euros per trip.
Girona and Figueres TGV station – 1-5 people is 60 euros per trip, 6-8 people is 100 euros per trip.

Cancellation Policy:

When booking coached or guided camps with Girona Cycling S.L. a non refundable deposit of 25% is required when making a booking. The full payment for the whole camp must then be made 1 month before arrival and is then non refundable from 1 month before arrival. Please take out the necessary travel insurance when making a booking.
